Individual Consultation

The first thing we would do after you’ve contacted us is to have a private, confidential meeting with you.  This gives you the opportunity to share with a trained mediator background information about your personal circumstances and to identify the issues to take forward to mediation.  The mediator will tell you about the process of mediation and the other ways in which we can support your children and you through separation or divorce.  This will last about an hour and is the first step in the mediation process. 

Screening for domestic abuse and child protection is a vital element of this initial session.  There is a charge of £50 per person for this service, payable in advance.
